Hey,
My name is Natahlia. I am an easy-going, fun person who loves golf, going to the beach, and watching movies.
In 2016, I spent 18 months in Pangasinan, Philippines, serving as a missionary. I gained many valuable skills there, such as time management, communicating with diverse groups of people, and navigating situations outside of my comfort zone. More importantly, I learned about God’s love for me and His love for everyone; I discovered the importance of serving others and helping them through the rollercoaster of life.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design from Brigham Young University–Hawaii. It was an amazing experience that helped me improve my work ethic, organizational skills, and collaborative abilities. I also minored in Entrepreneurship and Computer Development. I have always liked technology and creating websites, and I am proficient in basic coding.
After university, I completed an internship at Tohu Studio in Papamoa, New Zealand. This allowed me to further my skills in a professional studio setting. I designed and maintained multiple websites and managed social media accounts for clients such as Golden Homes Bay of Plenty, NZ Louvres, and BOPHomes. I also created branding for various businesses.
When my father became ill, I transitioned to freelancing to better care for him. During this time, I designed logos and websites for Māori businesses while simultaneously studying indigenous arts at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa to better incorporate these elements into my design work.
My father and I have recently moved to Perth, Western Australia, to be closer to my brother, and I would love the opportunity to work with you..
